AUTHOR’S NOTE: I don’t mind listening to 1D songs since they are catchy, but me going crazy over this British boy band? Not likely. I only decided to enter this short story contest because of my niece; she’s madly in love with One Direction and I thought I’d channel her little girlie fangirling self and see what I can come up with. It’s been a while since I “spotlighted” an original story or fanfiction here. I came across this by chance; I decided to go and check out my fave crossover fanfiction website and since I am in a The Vampire Diaries kinda mood, I decided to read some stories crossed over with this show and presto! This is a fun, quick-read, humour-infused 3-chapter story that you will enjoy. And if you are familiar with the writer, I’m sure you know how her type of writing and it won’t be a disappointment.

It has been a while since I last spotlighted a story, but that isn’t for lack of trying. I had been busy this past few weeks, but I tried to read as many stories online as I possibly can. It just so happen that this NCIS fan fiction story was recommended by one of the Tumblr-ites I follow, and since I am a fan of the show and always wanted to read a good non-crossover NCIS fan fic, I checked out the link provided and voila!
